At OC Fitness Coach, we believe that every battle deserves a strategic plan. Cancer is no different. Our program is built to stand beside you and your medical team, aligning fitness and nutrition coaching with your treatment plan so you can take charge of your recovery and reclaim your strength. Every session is designed to help you move forward, stronger, steadier, and more confident.

Dan brings both heart and experience to this mission. Having walked through his wife’s breast cancer journey firsthand,  he understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with treatment and recovery. That personal understanding drives his commitment to help others rise above their circumstances and confront cancer with discipline, determination, and purpose. His approach is not about sympathy, it’s about strategy, preparation, and progress.

As a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, Dan’s mission is to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors through safe, effective, and personalized fitness programs that support each individual’s unique needs. He brings focus and structure to every session, helping clients rebuild strength, restore mobility, and regain control of their bodies and confidence.

When training with Dan, you can expect to train with intent. Together, you will work to build physical resilience, restore movement, and strengthen the mental and emotional resolve it takes to fight back. This program is not just about fitness, it is about reclaiming control of your comeback. No matter where you are in your journey, Dan and the OC Fitness Coach team stand ready to face the challenges ahead with strength, courage, and purpose.
