I work out with Dan at OC Fitness Coach 2-3 times per week. 1-2 days a week, my workouts are primarily for strength and conditioning training. 1 day per week, I do jiu jitsu and basic boxing. Dan’s workouts are varied and target all muscle groups for strength and fitness. The workouts are designed specifically for my needs. If I’m carrying an injury, Dan is able to quickly ad lib and tailor the workout to avoid further injury, without sacrificing the quality of the workout.
I used to be an avid gym user, but I find my time is much better spent working out with Dan due to the focus and intensity of the training that he provides. I rarely write reviews butI feel compelled to write one for OC Fitness Coach. I have been training with Dan and Russ since April. Since that time I have gone from 192 pounds to 162 pounds and my body fat is now under 10%. Dan and Russ are extremely competent trainers whose professionalism and expertise are only surpassed by their superior customer service and ability to work with each client independently and uniquely. I am a corporate executive who, approaching 50 years old, did not want to be intimidated but wanted to get back in shape and try new activities such as kickboxing and jiu jitsu. We started slow and gradually at my comfort level increased intensity of my training. Additionally, they train me aerobically and with strength conditioning and I have made in enormous gains!

I met Dan a little over a year ago and he is honestly the best personal trainer I have had. I was already in “ok” shape but needed that extra push in my workouts.
